Just to be super clear before we start. I'm talking about dedicated full time streamers and content creators here. If you don't have a streaming schedule, or an uploading schedule. If you don't engage with your viewers. And don't consider YouTube or streaming as your full time career. This is not for you. And no amount of structured exercise will boost your quality of content.
However, if you are serious about streaming or content creation. I'd like to share a few ways in which exercise can boost the quality of your content.

Burnout is a real issue for full time streamers. When you are burning out your viewers notice a difference in your streams. You have less energy, less enthusiasm and overall have less fun while streaming.

How Does This Differ From a Generic Personal Trainer?
A generic personal trainer while give you an exercise plan that worked for previous clients. They will give you the plan with no info about exercise timings. The expectation is that you just follow their plan and do the workouts each day. Once you complete the workout, the PT might check in with you to ask how challenging it was. They will likely track your progress specific to your health, or weight.
But they won't ask how the exercise affected your energy levels or streams. They won't check if the hour long heavy lifting session was helpful. (HINT: it won't be).

Can I still sign up if I don't have access to the gym?
Yes! I design your exercise plan based of what you have available. A lot of the workouts that give the most benefits are easily done at home.
Can I do this programme with a group of friends?
Yes, in fact I recommend it because having a social network specific to exercise improves adherence. I can design group workouts if you are in close contact. Or design similar workouts for everyone in your group.
How quickly will I see results?
That all depends on the effort you put into each workout. Studies have shown that near instant results can be achieved for certain aspects of gaming. However, prolonged exercise for 3 months or more will net the best results.
Will the workouts take up a lot of my time?
The workouts will be designed around your lifestyle based of the information gathered from the coaching calls. If time is an issue we can address ways to include exercise within your busy schedule. But, it is recommended to have 30-45 minutes dedicated to exercise each day. That can be in one slot or split into 3 x 10 minute workouts.
